Megh Knappenberger

Megh Knappenberger is a Kansas City painter creating riotously colorful work rooted in storytelling and joy. She is best known locally for being one of the only artists ever granted licensing by KU, her alma mater, and has been featured by The Kansas City Star, ESPN KC, and more. In addition to her licensed Jayhawk and KU work, she creates portraits and other pieces inspired by our fair Midwest. Megh’s studio is in the West Bottoms and she lives in Overland Park with her husband and their two small kids.
