Home is Where the Heart is

I’m a hand lettering artist and I wanted to do something using words. The phrase “home is where the heart is” kept coming into my brain because of the physical heart. And the idea that Kansas City is a place that we love so much. This is where our heart is. So, I wanted to play with that with some fun topography on this heart, just that idea of home and that we all collectively call this place our home. That we all have a love for it in our own way. We should all look for ways to improve it and keep it the place we love.
