The Heart of the Forest
Every summer as the leaves fill in the trees the beauty of the green spaces in our city is revealed. The way the light from the sun and the moon dance with the leaves is transfixing with the goal of the heart to incapsulate in paint what cannot be captured in photos.

Molly McGlynn Is an artist local to Kansas City. Her practice includes making paintings in her home studio practice, working fairs and festivals, and doing murals in both public and private spaces. Her primary medium is paint but she loves to play around with other materials.
