Kathryn Messick
Kathryn Hodge Messick is an Artist, Teacher, Coach, Farmer, Wife, and Mother of Twins. She has spent the last 18 years teaching in public school districts throughout the Kansas City Metro area, and is currently a middle school art teacher in Lee’s Summit. She has been a contributing artist for the Dia de los Muertos Festival at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and is a member of the Teacher Advisory Board at the museum. She and her husband run a century farm in Southwest Missouri, where they raise cattle.
