“Neapolitan pizza is simple, but every part must be done right. Our crust is hand tossed and made with “00” flour, water, salt, and yeast. We use crushed San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce and fresh fior di latte mozzarella. A light pour of olive oil finishes each pie. Then it goes into a wood-fired oven at very high heat. In about 90 seconds, your pizza is ready, hot and fresh.”
