Raymore Chili Cook-Off

Join the Raymore Arts Commission at the Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) sanctioned Raymore Chili Cook-Off Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, at T.B. Hanna Station, 214 S. Washington St. 

Categories: CASI chili (traditional, no beans or fillers, just meat, spices and sauce. CASI chili must be cooked on site), Homestyle Chili (anything goes), Salsa and Wings. 

Schedule of turn-in times coming soon!

Awards will be presented to 1st through 10th place in CASI and 1st through 3rd place in the Homestyle, Wings and Salsa categories. A People's Choice award will be presented for best overall fan-favorite chili as well. Attendees will enjoy live entertainment. 

Proceeds benefit the Raymore Community Foundation for the arts in Raymore.
