Flags 4 Freedom

Every year, just in time for Independence Day, Downtown Merriam bursts into a sea of red, white, and blue! Thanks to the incredible efforts of our Flags 4 Freedom volunteers, hundreds of American flags are proudly placed throughout the Merriam Marketplace and along Merriam and Johnson Drive, creating a stunning tribute to our nation.

Whether you're a local or just passing through, everyone is welcome to experience this powerful display of patriotism. Come stroll through the rows of waving flags during the week of the Fourth of July and feel the spirit of freedom come alive! a
