Beyond the Fairway

My sculpture design features an acrylic painting of a golfer on one side, captured in the moment just after hitting the perfect shot. At the base, a detailed putting green with a hole invites viewers to imagine the final challenge of the game, emphasizing precision and patience. On the opposite side, the sculpture is painted like a giant golf ball, its dimples textured and detailed, with a bold heart at the center symbolizing connection, community, and shared passion. Together, these elements celebrate not only the spirit of golf but also the strong sense of belonging and warmth that surrounds it in Kansas City. The entire piece will be painted in bright, saturated acrylic colors to create a vibrant, eye-catching tribute to the sport and the community it brings together.
