Wanda (Barton) Vehlewald
I originally grew up in St. Louis, Mo becoming a graphic designer for a major advertising agency, later on in life becoming a High School Art teacher, and then retiring in Kansas City, Mo for 7 years now. My favorite art mediums are colored pencil, watercolor, acrylic, and collage and when I was in St. Louis, Mo I belonged to the St. Louis Artist Guild for 15 years focusing on historical, social, and fantasy themed artworks in juried shows. Since retiring I continue using my favorite art mediums, Plein-Aire Watercolor in the Kansas City area, and still focus on historical, social, and fantasy themes for Buttonwood Art Space Kansas City, Mo juried shows.
