When I was a kid, my favorite part about going downtown was looking at all the graffiti and street art displayed across the buildings of Kansas City. I was inspired by the bold colors and stylized characters that reflected how vibrant the art community of KC is. I remember wishing that I could create a work of art similar to these. This design takes inspiration from the murals I loved so much when I was little and represents everything I wanted to be able to draw back then.
