Ruthie Messer Wolkey
Ruthie Messer Wolkey is a local Kansas City artist whose work includes nighttime city scenes of Kansas City from the north (with reflections in the Missouri River) and from the south looking north. She also paints tropical sunsets that include a signature bird flying in the sky. Ruthie's unique style is the result of what her father taught her.
