Music has unifying properties. Since we were a young species, we’ve gathered together to sing songs that evoke feelings, tell stories, and create a sense of community. During hard times, music makes us feel better because it resonates with our hearts. Certain chords can magically pluck the strings of our hearts to fill them with joy.

Hector E. Garcia
Hector E Garcia is a local Designer/Artist with many years of experience in retail environments design and illustration. His most recent design work: ‘Jazz, The Resilient Spirit of Kansas City’ won the 2021 Art in the Loop competition for the KC Streetcar graphic wrap. Hector is also a well known caricature artist and enjoys painting in watercolors.
