Lending a Heart

This piece shows the hands of healthcare workers and their patients, forming a heart in a show of unity and compassion. The variation of gloved hands show all types of doctors, nurses, techs, and specialists. The patients hands show that we all come from different phases of life and different communities, but we all need care, support, and need our healthcare workers.

Libby Rule

I am a classically trained portrait artist living in Kansas City. But I'm actually known worldwide for my wedding portraits-- sometimes painted live, and sometimes painted through photos. I travel across the city, country, and globe to capture the light, color, and most importantly-- emotion of people's most memorable days. Capturing a moment and honoring it by preserving it forever in paint is my favorite thing to do.
