Our Very Nature
"Our Very Nature" features a few of the natural beings that can be found in our city: the red flash of a cardinal, the shadowy wings of a bat, the skitter of a ground skink through the leaves, the flutter of a monarch butterfly. The imagery completely wraps the heart and the dense detail asks you to slow down and observe the nature available to us.

Rachelle Gardner-Roe
Rachelle Gardner-Roe was raised near Adrian, MO and received a Bachelors in Interior Architecture from K-State in 2004. After a stint in woodworking, she dedicated her life to the visual arts.With numerous awards and grants to her name, Gardner-Roe has been commissioned for private and public projects and is included in various private and municipal collections.
