Wyandotte Gardens
Wyandotte Gardens is a dedication to my neighborhood and community. It is also a dedication to Deputy Elijah Ming who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting our community and helping a woman escape domestic violence. I am hoping my art is the spark to reignite the neighborhood group that hasn’t been active in years and create a safe space for community connection and hope for our future.

I am a Wyandotte raised, late-diagnosed autistic artist, educator, and mother. As a multimedia artist, I am known for passionately addressing themes of oppression as it relates to her identity and community primarily utilizing acrylic paint as my medium. Through anything I do, I hope to foster critical thought in the intersections of the world around us and create spaces of hope for our future.
